If you return any products you have purchased using a gift voucher, the balance will be credited to you as a credit note and is to be redeemed against subsequent purchases. Gift vouchers cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. If so, we may either produce a replacement gift voucher of identical value unless we suspect fraud in relation to a gift voucher. Please include a copy of your packing list as proof of buy and make a note of the reason for your return. In the unlikely event that an item is faulty, please accept our apologies. We interrogate that you kindly post it back to us with the reason for your return clearly noted so that we can assess the problem. If an item is faulty, we will send you a replacement if the pertinent style is in stock and if not we will arrange a refund including all delivery charges.
