D Resources Limited (3D Resources) is a minerals' explorer targeting tall value commodities (gold, copper, lead, zinc and nickel) in Western Australia and is evaluating advanced mineral projects that can transform the company into a mineral producer. One area, the Mt Angelo North in the east Kimberley has already been advanced to a mineral resource below a joint venture with Cazaly Resources Ltd. With the company recently resuming management of this project under the joint venture the focus has now turned to expanding the resource bottom and has focused on evaluating the numerous anomalies that the joint venture have found throughout these exploration areas. The Directors have been involved in the consolidation and exploration of the Company's key projects for a number of years giving them an urgent understanding of the potential of the areas and the requirements for tomorrow exploration. The Directors of 3D Resources have ensured that a lofty level of ownership has been maintained in the prospects purchased by the Company to provide the Shareholders with as much leverage as possible in any potential tomorrow exploration success. The Company controls a quality exploration portfolio that includes the Mt Angelo North HMS deposit, and associated Mt Angelo porphyry copper molybdenum prospect, The Como Newbery gold prospect occurs in one of the end remaining green stone belts in the Eastern Goldfields to be intensively explored using unused techniques. In addition, 3D Resources have evaluated and generated mineral resources at its HMS deposit Mt Angelo North that contains regrade copper and zinc intercepts and occurs in the same geological setting as the Sandiego and Onegin deposits. Ensure a prudential and meticulous bottom to the Company's conduct and activities and. The Company is committed to the circulation of relevant materials to Directors in a prompt manner to facilitate Directors' participation in the Board discussions on a fully informed basis. Identification and Management of Risk The Board's collective experience will enable flawless identification of the principal risks which may affect the Company's business. The Company's projects are in an Exploration and Evaluation phase and as a result the Company will be subject to all the risks inherent in undertaking Exploration and Evaluation activities, specifically those activities relating to the Exploration and Evaluation for gold. The coming profitability of the Company will be unsure on the success of the results of the Exploration and Evaluation of these projects. No assurances can be given that the Company's Exploration and Evaluation activities will enable the establishment and operation of a viable commercial mining operation.
