Namibia is a top ranked mining destination in Africa with a long history of safely and effectively regulating uranium mining. It hosts two important operating uranium mines, one major development project soon to commence production and a number of healthy advanced projects. The Company holds 100 of two Exclusive Prospecting licenses (eels’) via RUN and is also the major shareholder and operator of two segregate joint ventures that hold further eels. dbl’s strategy is to successfully make the transition from advanced uranium explorer to developer and producer by singlemindedly focusing on advancing its Namibian projects. Specifically, dbl believes that its Dumas Project, allied to a novel yet relatively plain beneficiation process, has the potential to be Namibia’s after uranium mine within the next three to four years. This is considered to be ideal timing as it would coincide with the forecast recovery in the uranium market.

Mr Reid is a geologist and capital markets executive with over 20 years of experience focused exclusively in the mineral resource space. Mr Greene is an investment banker and entrepreneur who has worked in the US, Europe and Africa for more than 30 years. His focus more recently has been at the helm of a number of property and other businesses by way of Private Equity Investment. He has been directly involved with, and consulted to a number of public companies holding senior financial management positions.
