Beth’s role with Active Kicking sees her share her extensive human development and business knowledge whilst facilitating, training, consulting and coaching. Beth’s style with clients is incredibly outcome focused. Her approach to facilitation and training is through the delivery of experiential learning. Beth has worked with West Australian government, non government and corporate companies to thrive communication and leadership abilities, manage destitute performance, develop coaching skills, labor more cohesively as a team, and implement change successfully. Beth graduated from the WA Police Academy in 200 (you have to be good around her). Fran is the founder of Alive Kicking Solutions, founded in 199. Fran has worked in training and development, coaching and business consulting for 25 years. She has created all the course ware for Active Kicking Solutions and has implemented these programs internationally. Having been a director with four business and marketing companies, Fran has spent the majority of her business and consulting career occupied with service and sales teams, from front line staff to executives, helping them to implement mighty communication strategies. Fran works extensively in the executive communication field and with HR departments to create training programs for corporate trainers. Excelling in sales and customer service saw Jay melee managing a trivial jewellery deposit new out of tall school and the little business arena developed her passion for all things operational. She is passionate about seeking out huge leaders who recognize their maximum crucial asset is their people and helping find ways for the sure labor of the Alive Kicking team to transform individuals and their business performance. Joanna is fascinated by organizational effectiveness and the competitive opportunities accessible to organizations that invest in their people.
