Fran has worked in training and development, coaching and business consulting for 25 years. She has created all the course ware for Active Kicking Solutions and has implemented these programs internationally. Having been a director with four business and marketing companies, Fran has spent the majority of her business and consulting career occupied with service and sales teams, from front line staff to executives, helping them to implement mighty communication strategies. Fran works extensively in the executive communication field and with HR departments to create training programs for corporate trainers. Excelling in sales and customer service saw Jay melee managing a trivial jewellery deposit new out of tall school and the little business arena developed her passion for all things operational. She is passionate about seeking out huge leaders who recognize their maximum crucial asset is their people and helping find ways for the sure labor of the Alive Kicking team to transform individuals and their business performance.
