The top section of the house has been turned into an apartment style home with large resort style bathroom with spa, dual showers, two balconies, large lounge/dining area with a fully equipped kitchen and ocean views from the lounge and bedroom. All areas have breathtaking views of the ocean from rottnest and beyond.there is also two rooms on the first floor with ensuites, the latest entertainment system, a bonus lounge, kitchenette and courtyard area.the second house can be rented out in full or in two sections. The deluxe top apartment has a resort style bathroom with spa bath, two person shower, full equipped modern kitchen and a large lounge/dining area leading on to a large balcony. The ground level we have our two bedroom apartment suitable for a family or group of four.
